SRINAGAR:
On Thursday morning, an encounter broke out between terrorists and security forces in Parigam village which is situated in Pulwama district of Jammu and Kashmir, police official said.
Security forces launched a search operation and cordon in Parigam village of Pulwama. There was an information about the presence of terrorists there, a police official said. He added, ‘the search operation turned into an encounter after terrorists opened fire on the security forces who retaliated”.
