Kishtwar National Park is situated in the Kishtwar district of Jammu and Kashmir. Kishtwar National Park is bounded by the Rinnai river to the north, by Kibar Nala catchment to the south, by the main divide of Great Himalayas to the east, and by Marwa river to the west. This national park which is also known as Kishtwar High Altitude National is one of the major wildlife destinations in Jammu & Kashmir. This national park also has Forest Rest Houses which are available in Ikhala, Sounder, Sirshi, and Yourdu (Marwah). The national park attracts the visitor with its rich variety of flora and fauna. This park is well known for the thrilling views of musk deer and Himalayan brown bear. This wildlife sanctuary offers great trekking opportunities while adding more to the thrilling experiences.
