On Monday, Team Jammu Chairman, Zorawar Singh Jamwal, formally launched first ever Album “Kaliveer Chalisa” which is sung by son of the soil Naresh NB.
President Dogri Bhasha Academy Jammu, Roshan Bral, was guest of honour, Sugam Bral, Chairman Jammu Diary was special guest and other guests included Surinder Manhas, ML Bagge, Dr Susheel, Basant Bayogi, Sahil Mahajan, KK Malhotra and Ramesh Jogi. ‘Kaliveer Chalisa’ album has been sung and composed by Naresh NB, while lyrics are written by Pyaasa Anjum, videography has been done by Ray Entertainment and presented by Apna Folk Studio.
Team Jammu Chairman, Zorawar Singh Jamwal gave his view on the occasion and said that the success of Naresh NB in such a short time, clearly conveys that there is no dearth of young talent in Jammu region. Number of boys and girls from J&K have reached new heights in various television serials as well as in Bollywood but unfortunately their talent got no recognition here in the J&K state. Zorawar Singh Jamwal highlighted. “The Government must formulate a policy for nurturing the talents of people of Jammu and Kashmir so that budding artists can excel in their desired fields besides bringing fame and laurels to the state,” and also added that, “Naresh NB has set example for the youth of Jammu region how to become self-dependent besides reaching new heights in the field of music and singing and promoting Dogra dieties, folk and culture.”
On the occasion, singer, Naresh NB informed the gathering that it was not an easy task for him to bring out the Kaliveer Chalisa as it is only due to the support of my family and friends besides day and night hard work that finally made my dream come true. He also assured that in future he would start working on the theme of Team Jammu which is “Say No To Drugs” and also motivating youth of Jammu Province in nation building.
